"What I love about mentor coaching are the sincere, professional-to-professional, and mutually enriching conversations I have with the coaches I work with.

I enjoy provoking those 'aha' moments and inspiring coaches to go beyond. I also relish supporting them in their own personal development and sharing all that I know with them."

About me

I am a self-leadership and leadership coach, initially certified in 2020 and renewed in 2023. Dedicated to continuous growth, I actively engage in ongoing training, supervision, and personal therapy to ensure I remain a safe and effective coach.

With a background in the non-profit sector, I now primarily serve clients from the private sector. However, I firmly believe that coaching transcends professional boundaries—it's about people, their life circumstances, and their aspirations.

As a mother of two wonderful kids, an avid reader, and a lover of tea and coffee, I find solace in winter over summer. It’s been 15 years since I moved to France from the Czech Republic.

What does mentor coaching look like with me ?

  • Here is what International Coaching Federation says about Mentor Coaching :

Candidates on the ACC ACSTH and Portfolio application paths must document at least 10 hours of Mentor Coaching on their application.

The Mentor Coaching hours must occur over a three-month period or longer. Example: If the first session is March 14, then the last session must be June 14 or after. Of the 10 hours of mentoring, three hours must be one-on-one. The remaining seven hours may be one-on-one or in a group.
